Ordering Informations & Conditions of use
(these conditions of use refer solely to orders from outside Germany)

We about us
Our business is to trade with merchandising from all over the world. We are based in Bornheim / Germany, but in general we are able to deliver almost every item worldwide. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write us in english.
The goods / minimum order
All goods are new. Some items might be out of stock from time to time. So it always makes sense to name a second item, in case the first one is not in stock at the moment or already sold out.
The minimum order is 15 Euro.
In some cases, the goods may differ in few details from the shown images. All of our items are official licensed goods.
That means: a small variation between image and item a causes no reason for exchange. If You have further questions, contact us.
Proof of age for alcoholic drinks and decoration armory
We are committed by the law to verify that customers that order aldoholic drinks or decoration armory are old enough. Minimum age for alcoholic drinks is 16, for decoration armory the minimum age is 18. You can send us a copy of your ID by email, fax or mail. Name and forename on the ID have to be from the person which ordered. Wo need this verification once you order alcohol or armory. Your data (name, forename and date of birth) will be saved for further orders.
This is what you have to do
If you are interested in some of our items, we need the following from you:
1.) Your full name and your complete address including the land you live in (important!)
2.) A list of the items you are interested in
You can contact us by E-mail, letter or fax or simply use our webshop for your international order request. We'll answer you as soon as possible, and make you a total offer, postage including. The postage depends on the quantity of your order (the weight) and the land you live in. We only charge our selfcosts of postage, which we pay to the german post company, we do not charge packing (see some examples far below).
So it does continue
After we have received your international order request, we answer you with a total offer. Please always wait for our confirmation, that all items you are interested in are in stock. Then we give you detailed instructions of different possibilities how to pay - you can already read these informations here in advance :
- Moneytransaction
The easiest and most safe method is often a moneytransaction from bankaccount to bankaccount.
In this case you only need to transfer the total (sum of the amount of your order plus postage) from your bankaccount to our account with the

Just make sure that ALL eventually bankfees are paid by you. Your local bank for sure will help you with an international money transaction.
- International Money Order
From most contries you can send an international money order from a post office. In this case we get a cheque from the german postbank in Saarbrücken, which is free of charges for us. Your local post office for sure will gladly help you. Eventually fees also must be paid by you.
- Sending cash money
Sometimes sending cash money can be the easiest or cheapest solution, just in case your bank would charge you a high fee for an international money transaction or something else.
Beside Euro (which you can buy at your local bank) you also can send other currencies like British Pound or U.S. Dollar for example. You just should send banknotes (no coins !) which any other bank over here should accept and change into Euro and which of course should have the same value to the amount in Euro we calculated for your order. When you are going to send cash money, we recommend a registered letter. In case cash money would go lost on the post way, we cannot pay for it.
- Using PayPal
For our costomers we do offer payment by using PayPal by now. For this you have to be registered at PayPal first (www.paypal.com). Please wait for our confirmation for availabilty of the ordered goods an the total amount (including costs for shipping to your country and handling)! After confirmation, you can send your payment to our registered PayPal e-mail address (we'll send you) . Please note, that we only deliver insured parcels with DHL outside Germany.
ATTENTION: At this moment of time it is NOT POSSIBLE
NEITHER to pay with any foreign CHEQUES from a bank outside from Germany
NOR to pay the way that we PULL money from your (foreign) bankaccount to our account
NOR to pay with any CREDITCARDS !
Postage
Postage for orders with destinations inside Germany is charged with 3,90 Euro. Postage is free if the available order amount exceeds 120 Euro (deliveries to Germany only).
Examples of postage as parcel (insured) to foreign countries:
14 Euro for a parcel to Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Liechtenstein, Sweden, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and Greece (weight up to 20 kg) . Shipping fees for other countries may vary, please ask for details!
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is only possible in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Liechtenstein or France from a minimum order of 100 Euro at (plus 10,- Euros C.O.D. - fee, additional to the postage). If a C.O.D. package returns and we are not responsible for the reasons, your are liable for the cost involved.
Reservation and delivery
After you have received the total offer from us, we make a reservation for your items for about 10 days (to avoid that a single piece could be sold out). As soon as we have received your money we will send your goods as soon as possible to you (in best case at the same day). Just please be informed, that for example an international money transaction or a postal money order from another country as well as a delievery from Germany to onother country usually can both take from a few days up to a week each.
Customs
When you are ordering from a country which is a member of the EU * (see list at the bottom of the page) there will be no custom's fee for you. If you are ordering from any other country in the world, your local custom's office might charge a fee from you. How much this could be is different from country to country. For this you have to ask at your local custom's office (which you find in the telephone book), who will gladly help you with your question.
Ordering without risk
We want you to be absolutely satisfied. For this reason, we make sure only to buy first class quality items. In case there would be once a reason for a reclamation, please return this item as soon as possible back to us. Of course you get a proper substitute and also your postage back. Is there no reason for a reclamation, you just don't want anymore what you have ordered, you can also send back any item within 1 month and you get a sustitute of your choice. Place of jurisdiction is Bonn / Germany.
